Functions of the Grid: Using the AND ConditionalΒΆ

When you need to filter records by applying multiple filters that must be met, use the AND conditional. This means all results shown to you satisfy all the filters you apply.
You should have navigated to the filter pop-up menu with conditional options. Refer to filter guide if you are having trouble navigating to this page.

  1. Click AND

  2. Click the first + ADD CRITERIA in the box

    • There is no need to click AND again unless you want to create nested conditionals

  3. Select criteria category

  4. If available, select a criteria option (eg. equals)

  5. Enter criteria (be aware of criteria option you have selected. For example, if you have chosen equals, your result must perfectly match what you type now to pass through your filter)

  6. Enter criteria

  7. Click the next + ADD CRITERIA in the box

  8. Continue adding criteria by clicking + ADD CRITERIA in the box until satisfied
