Functions of the Grid: Searching Records

Searching is a helpful feature when there are many records and you wish to find a specific result, or many results that contain a common aspect (e.g. all results from a certain project).

You should navigate to the page that contains the records through which you wish to search using in the ribbon.

If you wish to apply more than one search criteria, you should consider using a filter.

1. Click light red bar with entitled Search

2. Type and wait for results to appear

3. Click to delete search and return to all records

4. Searching all of the Maha Platform:

   • Click in the ribbon on the left hand side of the screen

   • Click Find Anything and type what you want to find

   • Click on the result to view
