Phone: Viewing Numbers

Numbers keeps a record of the phone numbers used for inbound calls to users and programs.

Numbers can be provisioned and associated with multiple programs.

1. Click in the ribbon

2. Click Phone

3. Click Numbers

4. Click a number to view the phone number, associated program and workflow, the user who provisions the phone number, and comments

5. Click the Manage Workflow to design the workflow
