Workflows: Designing a WorkflowΒΆ

There are a lot of customizations available to create a unique workflow within the Maha Platform for the contacts enrolled in the workflow.
Designing a workflow using the following steps allows you to edit an existing workflow.
Refer to Creating a New Workflow to create a new workflow.
  1. Click in the ribbon

  2. Click Automation

  3. Click Workflows

  4. Click on a workflow

  5. Click Design Workflow

  6. You can add a new block to your workflow by clicking and dragging the desired block to the workflow

  7. This will trigger a new tab where you can customize the block

  8. To edit an already created block, hover over the block and click and make changes in the tab

  9. To duplicate a block, hover over the block and click

  10. To delete a block, hover over the block and click

  11. To rearrange the blocks, drag the created blocks around the template

  12. When you are satisfied with your workflow, click Publish Version.

    • To view your version history, click Versions and click on desired version

    • To restore a previous version of your workflow, click Revert to Version

    • You can also publish a workflow from this page, by clicking Publish Version
