Workflows: Adding a Voicemail Block

The Voicemail block is only available when designing a workflow for a voice campaign or when managing a workflow for a phone number.
This block allows you to prompt a caller to leave a voicemail after hearing a greeting followed by a tone.
  1. Place a Voicemail block in your workflow where desired

  2. Click Speak text

    • Keep the greeting “Please leave a message after the tone” or write your own

  3. Alternatively, click Play an audio file

  4. Click Done

  5. In the workflow, you can now click show more and Play Greeting to hear your audio
