Voice: Interacting with a Voice CampaignΒΆ

A voice campaign allows you to reach out to many contacts via a programmed call by designing a workflow.
Voice campaigns are a form of outbound messaging to engage with contacts.
Voice calls can be a good option to create a more personal interaction experience with recordings and spoken text.
  1. Click in the ribbon

  2. Click Campaigns

  3. Click Voice

  4. Click on a voice campaign to view details, an audit trail, and comments

  5. Click to see the available options for interacting with your voice campaign

    • The available options differ depending whether your voice campaign is in draft mode or has been sent

  6. Click Emails to click on the emails associated with the voice campaign

  7. Click Performance to view recorded recipient interaction data
