Email: Interacting With an Email Campaign in Draft ModeΒΆ

Once you have created your email campaign, it will be in draft mode.
During this stage, you will have the opportunity to edit and design your email campaign to create a new version before you decide to send it.
You will need to have navigated to the desired email campaign to follow the steps below.
  1. Click and click Edit Campaign:

    • Edit the fields of your email campaign

    • When satisfied, click Save

  2. Click and click Design Email:

    • Customize your email using blocks, changing the design, and editing the settings

  3. Click and click Send/Schedule Campaign:

    • You can curate a list of recipients under To (Refer to Creating a New Email Campaign for options)

    • You can also opt to Schedule Delivery instead of the default option to Send immediately:

    • Select a Date

    • Enter a Time

    • Click Send

  4. Click and click Convert to Template:

    • Enter the template title

    • Click Save

    • Your email campaign will now be available as a template

  5. Click and click Clone Campaign:

    • Edit the original email or leave all details identical

    • Click Save

    • Your cloned email campaign will now be available in email campaigns

  6. Click and click Delete Campaign:

    • Click Yes

    • Note that in addition to your email, all associated workflows will be deleted

  7. Click Design Email to design the email campaign using the blocks below:
