Inbound SMS: Creating a New Inbound SMS Campaign

To create a new inbound sms campaign, follow the steps below.

1. Click in the ribbon

2. Click Campaigns

3. Click Inbound SMS

4. Click the in the upper right hand corner

5. Choose a program

6. Enter a campaign title

7. Enter a trigger term

8. Click Save
