Outbound SMS: Viewing the Performance of a Outbound SMS CampaignΒΆ

Performance keeps a record of interactions with an outbound SMS campaign.
  1. Click in the ribbon

  2. Click Campaigns

  3. Click Outbound SMS

  4. Click on an outbound SMS campaign

  5. Click Performance

  6. Click the numbers under Sessions, Active, and Converted to see the contacts who enrolled/were enrolled in the workflow, are currently in the workflow, and were converted

    • You can also view the percent of enrolled contacts who have been converted under Conversion Rate

  7. Click the numbers to the right of each row to view the recipients who engaged in a certain action

    • Sessions: View contacts who enrolled in the workflow

    • Active: View contacts who yet to complete the workflow

    • Lost: View contacts who were unable to complete the workflow and subsequently unenrolled

    • Converted: View contacts who reached a set goal block in the workflow

    • Completed: View contacts who completed the workflow
