Click in the ribbon
Click Campaigns
Click Outbound SMS
Click on an outbound SMS campaign
Click Performance
Click the numbers under Sessions, Active, and Converted to see the contacts who enrolled/were enrolled in the workflow, are currently in the workflow, and were converted
You can also view the percent of enrolled contacts who have been converted under Conversion Rate
Click the numbers to the right of each row to view the recipients who engaged in a certain action
Sessions: View contacts who enrolled in the workflow
Active: View contacts who yet to complete the workflow
Lost: View contacts who were unable to complete the workflow and subsequently unenrolled
Converted: View contacts who reached a set goal block in the workflow
Completed: View contacts who completed the workflow
