Workflows: Trigger TypesΒΆ

A contact will be enrolled in a workflow when a certain trigger occurs.
The trigger types offered when creating a workflow are defined below.
  1. Topic Update: Enroll contact(s) when they are added to or removed from a topic

  2. List Update: Enroll contact(s) when they are added to or removed from a list

  3. Property Update: Enroll contact(s) when a property is changed

  4. Email Open: Enroll contact(s) when they open an email

  5. Manual Enrollment: Enroll contact(s) manually on an ongoing basis
