Workflows: Adding an Ask Question Block

The Ask Question block is only available when designing a workflow for an inbound SMS campaign or an outbound SMS campaign.
This block allows you to ask message recipients a question and have them follow a unique path in the workflow depending on their reply - either meeting the criteria for one of the Answers you add to the block or “else.”
Note that answers are not case sensitive and leading/trailing spaces will be removed (meaning there is no need to create multiple answers for “yes” or “Yes “, for example).
  1. Place a Ask Question block in your workflow where desired

  2. Enter a question

  3. Click Done

  4. Click Add Answer

  5. Select equals, does not equal, contains, or does not contain (refer to Criteria Options for definitions)

  6. Enter a word or phrase

  7. Click Add

  8. To add another answer, click Add Answer again

  9. To delete an answer, click

  10. To edit an answer, click

  11. Click Done

  12. In the workflow, you can now click to expand pathways
