Emails: Viewing the Performance of an Email

Performance keeps a record of interactions email recipients have had with an email.

1. Click in the ribbon

2. Click Automation

3. Click Emails

4. Click on desired email

5. Click Performance

6. View percentage of recipients who opened the email, clicked the email, and for whom the email bounced in the first row

7. Click the numbers under Opens, Clicks, Bounces, and Unsubscribes to see the email recipients who engaged with the associated action

8. Click the numbers to the right of each row to view the contacts who engaged in a certain action (the email was sent, opened, forwarded, etc.)
