Workflows: Adding a Send Internal Email BlockΒΆ

The Send Internal Email block allows you to send an email to a user in administration.
This can be used to internally notify a user within your team when a contact reaches a certain point in the workflow.
To use this block, you will need to have navigated to a workflow design tab. Refer to Designing a Workflow to do so from Automation. Refer to Campaign and Phone guides for other workflows.
  1. Place a Send Internal Email block in your workflow where desired

  2. Select a recipient using one of the two options:

    1. Click Choose a specific user

      • Click Choose a User

      • Select a user

    2. Click Enter an email address

      • Enter an email address

  3. Select a user

  4. Enter an email subject

  5. Enter an email body

  6. Click Done

  7. In the workflow, you can now click show more to display the name or email of the internal email recipient
