Workflows: Adding an If/Then Block

The If/Then block allows for contacts enrolled in a workflow to follow separate pathways with different blocks.
Contacts who satisfy your criteria follow one path and contacts who do not (“else”) follow the other designated path.
To use this block, you will need to have navigated to a workflow design tab. Refer to Designing a Workflow to do so from Automation. Refer to Campaign and Phone guides for other workflows.
  1. Place an If/Then block in your workflow where desired

  2. Click Add Branch

  3. Enter name for the branch

  4. Click Add Criteria

  5. Add criteria

    • If desired, you can use AND / OR conditionals

  6. Click Save

  7. Click Done

  8. In the workflow, you can now click to expand pathways
