Contacts: Viewing Channels of a Contact¶
Channels keeps a record of the interactions between a program and a contact.
You may receive a message that reads “This contact has not given consent to send marketing related messages on this channel.” Refer to Managing the Consent of a Contact to change a contact’s consent.
Click in the ribbon
Click **CRM*
Click Contacts
Click a contact
Click Channels
Click a program to view communication interactions between the program and contact
Click an interaction to view the message and status (e.g. delivered)
