Programs: Managing PropertiesΒΆ

Properties allows a program to add custom values as a property of a contact, in addition to the core properties of a contact.
  1. Click in the ribbon

  2. Click CRM

  3. Click Programs

  4. Click a program

  5. Click Properties

  6. Click Add Property

  7. Click Select an option under Input Type

  8. Select an option:

    • Address Field: Program members enter an address

    • Checkbox: Program members check a box if it applicable to them (use for y/n, t/f, etc.)

    • Checkbox Group: Program members check all of the boxes from a group that apply to them (use when there are multiple options for data collection)

    • Color Picker: Program members select a color

    • Date Field: Program members enter a date

  9. Enter the name of the property

  10. Enter a label

  11. Enter instructions

  12. Click the under Required if you want all contacts to fill out this field

  13. (For Checkbox) Enter a prompt

  14. Click Save

  15. To change the order of appearance of the properties, click and hold a property and rearrange

  16. Click to the right of the row to edit, delete, or disable a property
