Programs: Managing AccessΒΆ

Access displays program members or groups (e.g. everyone) and their access privileges (view, edit, or manage).
  1. Click in the ribbon

  2. Click CRM

  3. Click Programs

  4. Click a program

  5. Click Access

  6. Click Manage Access

    • Select a group or individual contact to add to the program (by default, their access privilege will be limited to view)

    • Click to delete a contact or group from the program

    • Click on the current access privilege until satisfied with the access privilege

  7. Click Save
