Importing Bulk Mileage

Importing bulk mileage can be an efficient option for people who need to record their mileage often. For example, an employee who commutes to another city to see clients regularly can upload their mileage into a spreadsheet and then later on upload the spreadsheet itself using the following instructions.

1. Click the in the ribbon

2. Click Finance

3. Click Expenses

4. Click Items

5. Click the in the upper right hand corner

6. Click Bulk Mileage Import

7. Import records from a spreadsheet using one of the following options:

   1. Click Start New Input to import an existing spreadsheet

      • Upload a file

   2. Download a spreadsheet template

      • Click CSV or XLSX to download template

      • Enter mileage onto template

      • Reupload edited template

8. Click Save
