Revenue: Interacting with a Customer

Customers is a record of all people that have made payments to a team.
Every financial interaction made with the customer through the Maha Platform will be retained as part of their customer profile and can be accessed with the steps below.
  1. Click in the ribbon

  2. Click Finance

  3. Click Revenue

  4. Click Customers

  5. Click on a customer to view their personal information

  6. Click Invoices to view the invoices of a customer’s payments

    • Click the hyperlinked 10-character string to view the associated invoice

  7. Click Payments to view the payments a customer has made

    • Click the hyperlinked payment method to view the associated payment

  8. Click Credits to view the credits created for the customer

  9. Click Scholarships to view the scholarships created for the customer

  10. Click Methods to view the payment methods a customer has used

  11. Click Sales to view sales performance data

  12. Click and Create Credit to create a credit

  13. Click and Create Scholarship to create a scholarship
