Revenue: Creating a Credit for a CustomerΒΆ

When a customer requests a refund, you can choose to give them a customer credit.
This is different from refunding the money to a bank or PayPal account - it will give them credit that must be put towards making other purchases from the program.
  1. Click in the ribbon

  2. Click Finance

  3. Click Revenue

  4. Click Customers

  5. Click or search for the customer for whom you are creating the credit

  6. Click in the upper right hand corner

  7. Click Create Credit

  8. Click Choose a program

    • Select the program for which you are granting the credit

  9. Enter a description of the credit

  10. Enter the amount you want to grant for the credit

  11. Click Save
