Revenue: Viewing a RefundΒΆ

A refund returns a payment a customer made.
Refunds serves as a record of all the refunds that have been issued to customers.
Refer to Issuing a Refund to issue a refund to a customer.
  1. Click in the ribbon

  2. Click Finance

  3. Click Revenue

  4. Click Refunds

  5. Click on a refund to view refund details, an audit trail, and comments

  6. Click the hyperlinked name next to Customer to view the recored financial information of the customer

  7. Click on hyperlinked payment method next to Payment to view the payment details of the refunded transaction

  8. Click the Braintree ID to open a separate tab in Braintree

  9. Click the PayPal ID to open a separate tab in PayPal, if applicable

  10. Click the date to view the deposit, if applicable

  11. Click Allocations to view how the transaction overhead cost has been allocated
