Revenue: Creating a Scholarship for a Customer

When a fee places a financial burden on a customer, they can be granted a scholarship.

You can grant a scholarship for the full amount or a portion of the total fee.

1. Click in the ribbon

2. Click Finance

3. Click Revenue

4. Click Customers

5. Click or search for the customer for whom you are creating the scholarship

6. Click in the upper right hand corner

7. Click Create Scholarship

8. Click Choose a program

   • Select the program for which you are granting the scholarship

9. Enter a description of the scholarship

10. Enter the amount you want to grant for the scholarship

11. Click Save
