Email: Viewing an Email

Email keeps a record of outbound emails from your team to one of your users.

The date of delivery, email recipient, and email subject are all displayed.

Each email has an icon to the left of the row indicating its open status. A red means an email was delivered, while a green means an email was opened by the recipient.

1. Click in the ribbon

2. Click Team

3. Click Email

4. Click an email to view the email details, message, and interaction history (email was delivered, opened email, etc.)
