Users: Interacting with a User That Has Not Been Activated

Once a user is created, an activation email is sent to their email address.
Until the user activates their account, they will be considered unactivated.
If a user still displays the message “This user hasn’t yet activated their account”, you can consider sending another activation email.

  1. Click in the ribbon

  2. Click Team

  3. Click Users

  4. Click a user to view user details

  5. Click and Edit User to edit the user

  6. Click and Disable User to disable the user

  7. Click and Resend Activation Email to resend the activation email to the email address of the user

  8. Click and Manage Projects to manage a user’s projects
